The Friends of Reid State Park is a 501 (c)3 volunteer organization formed in 2023 to provide support, assistance, and resources to Reid State Park and its staff. Through stewardship, conservation, advocacy, and education, the purpose of The Friends is to preserve and enhance the cultural heritage and natural environment of this treasured state park.

It is free to enter the Art Show with your paid park admission. We are very excited about this talented group of artists and artisans that will be joining us for the 2026 FRSP Art Show. Everyone who comes to the art show can enter our Door Prize Raffle to win one of the prizes above donated by Georgetown local businesses.
Thank you to all of our members who came out to our Annual Meeting at the Maine Maritime Museum yesterday. It was a beautiful evening of community and celebration of our beloved park. Thank you to 3B's Catering & Farm Bowdoinham ME for catering a lovely spread and thank you to Virginia at Lady Oyster for being our incredible bartender. A special thanks to our Advisory Board and Board of Directors for all of their hard work in organizing this special event.
