The old concession stand will be rehabilitated to house an exciting new interactive Learning Center. Programs and materials are being developed and the hope is to begin fitting the building out in the summer of 2024. The FRSP volunteers will be there to help with the creation of the center and assist with future programs. These will include Ranger Story Time, Creature of the Week,Discovery Walks, hands-on exhibits and lots of great information and programs about the history of the park, Walter Reid and the Stone Schoolhouse.
