In 2023, the Friends of Reid State Park partnered with L.L. Bean on their Beach Box program. The box was filled with chairs, umbrellas, games, books and other items to help visitors enjoy their day at the beach.
The Friends of Reid State Park provided daily cleaning and maintenance of the Beach Box.
