Friends of Reid State park Privacy Policy


When you donate to the Friends of Reid State Park or become a member of our group, you’re trusting us with some of your personal identifiable information, also known as PII data. Specifically, the PII data we use is your name and email address.

We obtain your name and email address from Stripe, the company that processes your donation and/or membership payment. Stripe’s website collects your payment details including your name and email address. No other PII data is available to us.

We use your name and email address to track donations and memberships, to communicate with you including sending out newsletters and notifying you of events and activities, and to send correspondence such as thank you notes.

If you feel that you’re a victim of a privacy violation, please report the incident to the U.S. government.

Note, our website’s donation and membership pages are not intended for use by children under 18 years of age (or under the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data of underage individuals. If you believe otherwise, please contact the Friends of Reid State Park to initiate appropriate action.

Our privacy policy may change over time. We’ll notify you of the changes via the email we have on file.
